Thistle & Thyme was born from a simple belief: the kitchen is the heart of the home.

Long before grocery aisles and hurried meals, there were kitchen gardens just beyond the door — rows of thyme, sage, and basil grown within reach of the cook’s hand. Herbs were gathered fresh or hung to dry to be stored for later use. Aprons were worn soft with use. Mixing bowls bore the marks of years of bread dough and shared recipes. Nothing was hurried, and nothing was wasted.

In those spaces, beauty and usefulness lived side by side.

Our aprons and kitchen linens are thoughtfully made from natural materials, designed to soften with time and wear. Our mixing bowls are crafted from clay harvested in Maine — pieces meant to serve faithfully for years.
